Ανακοινωθηκε σημερα νεα κονσολα της nintendo!Θα κυκλοφορησει το 2012 και οπως φαινεται θα ειναι πιο ισχυρη απο 360 & ps3.
Στην επερχομενη E3(7 ιουνιου) θα κανει επισημη εμφανιση η κονσολα και θα ειναι playable στο κοινο.
Μετα το 3ds η nintendo χτυπα και τις κονσολες 360 και ps3 με τον διαδοχο του wii!Οσον αναφορα το κωδικο ονομα Cafe,ισως να ειναι στις επιπλεον ικανοτητες της κονσολας ο φραπες

A few years after the Wii was released, speculation was raised about Nintendo's next home console. Initial beliefs[3] were that the new console would be an enhanced version of the Wii, named the "Wii HD" and would have high-definition video output along with a Blu-ray Disc drive built in with a release in 2011.[4] However, Satoru Iwata later stated that he saw "no significant reason" to include HD in the Wii console, and that such an addition would be better suited for a successor.[5] Shigeru Miyamoto also expressed Nintendo's interest in working with HD graphics, but clarified that the company is primarily focused on the gameplay experience.[6] In October 2009, Miyamoto said that they currently had no concrete plans about a successor yet, but knew that the successor would possibly still feature motion controls and expects its interface to be "more compact" and cheaper.[7] Satoru Iwata also mentioned that the Wii's successor might be 3D-compatible, but concluded that the adoption rates of 3D televisions should increase to at least 30% first.[8]

In 2010, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime commented that he felt "confident the Wii home entertainment console has a very long life in front of it" and declared that a successor would not be launched in the near future.[9] At the E3 2010 presentation, Iwata revealed to the BBC that they would begin announcing a new console once Nintendo ran "out of ideas with the current hardware and cannot give users any more meaningful surprises with the technology [they] have".[10] Later, at an investors meeting, he disclosed that they were "of course studying and developing the next console to Wii", but they were simultaneously keeping its concepts secret because it was "really important for [his] business to positively surprise people".[11] Reggie Fils-Aime commented in a CNN article and claimed that Nintendo's next home console will not likely feature stereoscopic 3D, based on what 3D technology Nintendo has experimented with.[12]

In April 2011, one unnamed source has indicated that Nintendo is planning on unveiling the successor to the Wii during the 2011 E3, which will be capable of running in HD resolutions [13][14] and will be backward compatible with Wii software.[15] It has also been rumored that the console will feature an all new controller with a built in high-resolution screen.[16] The console is allegedly due to be released in late 2012 (more specifically in June 2012 in Japan according to 01net).[17]

The origin of the rumor for the codename (and many other details) was French technology publication 01net.[18] 01net had previously revealed the technical specifications of Sony's Next Generation Portable before it was announced.[19] Claims have been made that the new machine is significantly more powerful than the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.[15][17] It is likely that the new console will feature resolutions as high as 1080p. However, many sources doubt that it will feature 3D graphics like Nintendo's latest handheld, the Nintendo 3DS. 01net also claims to know some of the technical specifications of the new console (translation from Develop): "CPU is custom IBM PowerPC with three cores, GPU should be an ATI from the R700 family, with a shader unit at version 4.1. RAM should be at least 512 MB."[20]

Many claims are focused on the new controller, which will allegedly feature dual analog sticks, a standard D-pad, two bumpers, two triggers and "possibly more".[16] IGN compared the functionality of the new controller to a Nintendo GameCube controller.[2] 01net claims the controller is "a touch tablet controller, with moderate graphic output," comparing the controller to an iPad with buttons. They also added that there is a front-facing camera on the controller.[20] Supposedly, the controller will also feature six-axis motion controls that outperform a PlayStation Move motion controller (in terms of fidelity),[21] as well as a built-in sensor bar.[20] Many sources[who?] agree that the new controller features a 6-inch touchscreen.[22] 01net took the rumor a step further and claimed that the touchscreen would be single-touch.[20]Sources of CVG claimed that the controller featured a high-resolution screen.[16] IGN claims that the controller will allow players to stream entire games to the controller from the console.[2] Nintendo President Satoru Iwata has gone on record as suggesting that keeping down development costs was of critical importance to Nintendo.[23]

According to Edge, THQ president Brian Farrell allegedly told investors: "We don't expect new hardware any time soon from either Microsoft or Sony. It's different on Nintendo – we'll let them announce their new hardware".[21] Nintendo has not commented on the claims, saying only that "Nintendo does not comment on rumors or speculation".[13]

In a recent interview with Gameblog.fr, when asked about the existence of Project Café, game designer Shigeru Miyamoto expressed that readers should not believe everything they read and that Nintendo is always working on new hardware, some of which will never be seen.[24] Since they never know what direction they will go for their next console or when they will release it, they do not disclose that information publicly.[25]

On 25 April 2011, Nintendo officially announced a system to succeed Wii.[1] They simultaneously announced that it would be released during 2012, and that playable console units would be present at E3 2011.

Τι, δεν υπάρχει πλέον το «τηλεκοντρόλ»; Και η οθόνη είναι στο χειριστήριο, και όχι στην τηλεόραση πλέον;

Απ'ότι δίαβασα πρόσφατα,όχι.Η οθόνη στο χειριστήριο είναι μόνο touch screen και χρησιμοποιήτε για απλούς σκοπούς[σαν του DS και του3DS].Τώρα,που στην εικόνα δείχνει και κοτζάμ παιχνίδι...φαντάζομαι αν είναι τις γενίας Game Boy - Game Boy Advance να μπορεί.

Πάντως αν πρόκειτε θα το δούμε φέτος στην Ε3...που μάλλον και φέτος θα καλύψω πρώτος και καλύτερος[ελπίζω ].

Να δούμε τι σόι παιχνίδια θα έχει. Μπας και έβαλαν μυαλό με το wii

H ιαπωνική εφημερίδα Nikkei επιβεβαίωσε ότι το χειριστήριο του Project Cafe θα κάνει χρήση ενσωματωμένης κάμερας και θα φέρει οθόνη αφής. Σύμφωνα με το άρθρο, μεταφρασμένο από τo Andriasang, το χειριστήριο "θα παρέχει χειρισμό που μπορούμε να βρούμε στις συσκευές tablet για τα παιχνίδια” και οι χρήστες θα αξιοποιούν την οθόνη αφής για να τον έλεγχο των χαρακτήρων στην τηλεόραση. Επίσης, η εφημερίδα υποστηρίζει ότι το χειριστήριο θα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως φορητή παιχνιδομηχανή, έχοντας οθόνη 6 ιντσών, επαναφορτιζόμενη μπαταρία και κάμερα. Τέλος, το άρθρο αναφέρει ότι το νέο μηχάνημα της εταιρίας από το Κιότο θα κάνει την εμφάνιση του μέσα στο δεύτερο μισό του 2012.

Οφείλουμε να υπενθυμίσουμε ότι τα παραπάνω δεν είναι τίποτα περισσότερο από φήμες. Η Nintendo θα αποκαλύψει επισήμως το νέο οικιακό της σύστημα κατά τη διάρκεια της συνέντευξης Τύπου στην φετινή Ε3.

To Project cafe έρχεται τελικά το 2012 και οι εικόνες είναι γνωστές...α,ναι,πριν κάτι βδομάδες το Famitsu είχε βγάλει εικόνες για το νέο controller της κονσόλας!

Φαίνεται οτι με το Project Cafe / Wii U μπορείς να παίξεις και μακριά από την τηλεόραση χωρίς περιοσρισμούς λόγω του χειριστήριού του.Ενδιαφέρον...πραγματικά θολώνουν τα νερά μεταξύ φορητού και επιτραπέζιού παιχνιδιού,Nintendo...μπαίνεις και πάλι στο παιχνίδιβλέπω.Κάνε και το 3DS Region Free please.

ΕΚΤΑΚΤΗ ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ!!!

Ιδού ένα Hands-on στην καινούργια κονσόλα της Nintendo.Φαίνεται οτι η κονσόλα παίρνει HD και είχε ήδη ένα Zelda HD.Και όχι μόνο!Ακόμα και το χειριστήριο με την οθόνη είναι σε HD.Και το καλύτερο :

Μπορείς να αλλάξεις μεταξύ της οθόνης της τηλεόρασης και του χειοριστηρίου σχεδόν άμεσα χωρίς lag ή μείωση του HD.Επίσης μπορείς να καθαρίσεις την μιά οθόνη και να βάλεις τα πραγματά σου στην άλλη πχ

Στο Zelda να βγάλεις τις καρδίες κλπ και να τις βάλεις στο χειριστήριο και θα είναι σαν να βλέποεις μια συνεματική ταινία αντι να παίζεις ένα παιχνίδι.
