The person is Makoto Inotsume, a wielder of the Psycho-Style, which was created around the same time as its rival, Cyber-Style. His goal has been to defeat the Cyber-Style to make Psycho-Style the main-style school. In order to achieve his objective, he challenges the weakened Zane Truesdale, and they face-off.
