Eχουμέ τις πρώτες ερωτήσεις/απαντήσεις. Θα προστεθούν και άλλες σιγά σιγά

Q: Did you know how to ride a horse before the origin episode?
A: In fact I did not know how to ride a horse. I had sat on one and been lead but never actually ridden on my own.

Q: What is the best symbol power to use?
A: I'd have to say symbol power: Horse! His name is George and he is an awesome steed

Q: What's it like to be Red Ranger?
A: I've always been red ranger in my heart. It started with Mighty Morphin of course and dressing up in red for multiple halloweens in a row. But I think a part of me has always been Jayden. Thats why when the opportunity came up for me to play him on the show I didn't have to think twice. It does feel great to be the red ranger, its a feeling that I can't accurately describe in words.

Q: How old are you?
A: I'm actually 22 years old I just had my birthday

Q: Any pranks on the set?
A: we would mess around quite a lot on set.. As far as a funny story that stands out. Najee would always have tons of electronic gadgets while we were shooting so on his birthday Hector and I took everything from his bag and hid it around the studio. He was going crazy looking for everything from his iPad to PSP to his laptop... Fun stuff HA!

Q: What my favorite scene was to shoot?
A: Well I would tell you but that episode hasn't aired just yet so sorry

Q: Do you know martial arts?
A: I do martial arts outside of the show. I grew up studying Karate and have done Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but now my focus is more on parkour/freerunning and extreme martial arts

Q: What it was like working with a previous Red (Rick Medina)?
A: It was awesome actually the first time we met I sat with him at lunch and asked what to expect after the show would premiere and just what I should expect from fans. So far he was pretty spot on about you guys

Q: What are my other hobbies?
A: Camping fishing volleyball skim boarding snowboarding skateboarding martial arts reading science fiction novels.

Q: If you could be another color Ranger, which one would it be?
A: I've never thought to be another color, 4EVER RED!

Q: Will Mentor Ji become a Ranger?
A: Unfortunately Ji isn't actually a ranger so he can't morph... But be sure to keep watching because he does showcase some pretty sweet moves toward the end of the season

Q: Do you watch MMA?
A: I DO watch MMA and I'd have to go with The California Kid - Uriah Faber. He trains at a gym in my home town. Represent Sacramento!!

Q: Is it tough to breathe in the helmets?
A: its very difficult to breathe in the helmets... We actually have to constantly use symbol power when we de-morph to keep our hair looking so perfect haha

Q: What will be your reaction if you win the KCAs?
A: If I win the KCAs...I can't even think about that right now it gets me too excited! My hands start to shake and then I wouldn't be able to answer any of your questions! But I'd probably try to do a backflip on stage. Just hope I don't slip in the slime.!

Q: Star Trek or Star Wars?
A: STAR WARS BABY! Yoda is my hero!

Q: Will you be at Power Morphicon?
A: I'm not sure if I'll be there or not but I would absolutely love to if I got the opportunity!

Q: How does it feel to be apart if such a long line of children's heroes?
A: Being a part of a long line of children's heroes is actually a childhood dream for me. As I've said Jason was my childhood hero, part of the reason I got into martial arts at such a young age actually. And as for having children look up to me now, the best part about being a ranger is actually being able to talk to kids and inspire them to try their hardest and not give up on their dreams. One of the things I tell them is, "Hey, I was just like you as a kid, I looked up to the red ranger and wanted to be him so badly, and now I am!" And the look on their face is far more priceless than even the LionZord.

Q: Do you watch anime?
A: I don't watch too much anime but I am a huge fan of Afro Samurai and all of the Dragon Ball series.

Q: What music do you listen to?
A: I listen to many different types of music. A couple of my favorites right now are Sublime with Rome, The Black Keys, Dead Sara. But I pride myself on having a very diverse playlist.

Q: What are your thoughts on the Clash special?
A: Honestly, I love "clash of the red rangers!" That was actually one of the very last things that we shot in NZ so it was a pretty emotional time and because of that it is some of the best work that all of us put out as actors. I love the final product.

Q: What is your favorite thing in the Q&A Room?
A: My favorite thing in the room is probably the mega blocks toy right behind my head. or the plush toy behind that.

Q: Did you feel worthy of being the Red Ranger during the auditions?
A: It was never really a question of worthiness to me.. It was more the feeling of comfortability. It was the most relaxed I've ever been in an audition situation and I think that was because I already knew that the part was mine. Also i didn't realize it until after I got the part but I had been driving in a Red Ford Ranger truck for 2 years before that! I take that as a good omen

Q: Do you have real katanas?
A: Yes I have been collecting weapons for a while now. I have a few real swords including two replica katanas from Kill Bill as well as a cutlass based on Jack Sparrow's sword in the first Pirates of the Caribbean.

Q: Who are your the closest with on the set?
A: I got along pretty famously with everyone but I'd have to say that Erika and I are the most alike. But I had the most fun with Hector outside of set.

Q: What is your favorite food?
A: That is definitely another passion of mine (I think I like eating more than Mike does!) and I do love asian food but I eat everything. Recently I've been on an Indian bindge.

Q: How heavy is the Fire Smasher?
A: It definitely is very heavy! I don't know if you can tell but in my training scene in the first season with the beetle disk (I forget the episode number..) after I swing the fire smasher above my head I actually have to kind of prop it up on my knee to keep it in the exact place that the camera operator needed it to be.. So yes its very heavy

Q: Can Erika Fong cook?
Actually yes Erika is a fabulous cook, far better than Mia. I love BBQs at her house

Q: What is the funniest thing that you've done on Power Rangers?
A: The funniest thing I've done while working on Power Rangers... In one of the origin episodes I come in to everyone looking at the gap sensor map and say,"Samurai we have a battle to fight." and then run out. and in the first take there was a power cord behind me that I didn't see so as I turned to run out I slipped on it and fell right on my face... It was a good way to kick off shooting

Q: How does it feel to have your own action figure?
A: Its pretty surreal to have so many toys and products with my name and face on them. I have collected everything I can get my hands on and have them on display in my bedroom. All nice and crisp in their boxes so I can share them with my children some day

Q: Are you a Twilight or Harry Potter fan?
A: I am not a Twilight fan or Harry Potter fan... Although I am excited to see The Hunger Games since I actually auditioned for the role of Gale, but Liam Hemsworth should be awesome.

Q: Have you met any Rangers from other seasons?
A: Other than Rick Medina who plays Deker? I'm actually currently training with Mike Chat who played Blue ranger in a previous season and now owns his own martial arts gym called XMA HQ.

Q: Has playing Jayden taught you anything?
A: I definitely had some life lessons while shooting PRS. It wasn't even so much playing Jayden because once we started filming the rest of the world kind of goes blurry and I'm strictly in ranger world. But having to live and work in another country all the way around the world and to work as hard as we did. All of us as a cast really were living the ranger life. Early mornings, long days, and many obstacles... So because of that I am definitely a better person and its all thanks to Power Rangers and the opportunity I had

Q: Are you a gamer?
A: I'm a pretty big fan but Najee is the guy that looooooves those games! He brought his PS3 from the US all the way to NZ and had to buy a power converter just so he could play MK in his apartment... I'm more into RPG games personally, like Assassin's Creed, huge fan of that series

Q: Do you like wearing red everyday?
A: I've always liked the color red but never really wore it that much, but after doing the show obviously I'm always wearing it during interviews and such, like right now.. And so I've grown more accustomed to it. It does feel weird to wear blue or green now haha

Q: Do you think the Sentai actors would be jealous of the Mega Mode?
A: I think if the Japanese actors saw that we had mega mode they would be a little jealous.. I mean I would be those mega mode suits are sweet!

Q: Did you learn to use the bow and arrows?
A: In the scene you're thinking of that was actually Ji that shot the arrows so no I did not learn how to shoot a bow and arrow for the scene... Although I did have to learn how to ride a horse for that very same episode! And more to come if you keep watching

Q: If you could return to Power Rangers, would you?
A: I would LOVE to make a cameo in the future seasons of rangers!! Even having a role like Deker would be sooooo awesome In 10 years i really have no idea of what I'll be doing but hopefully I'll have some amazing sic-fi movies in the world! Maybe an appearance on the Walking Dead or Game of Thrones???

Q: How long have you been acting?
A: I took my first theater class in high school and before that I actually wanted to become an architect. But after taking that class I knew that I had to pursue acting as far as it would go and its been going pretty good so far But my mom would tell you that she knew I would become an actor ever since I got up on stage during my sister's ballet recital and started spinning around with the rest of the girls, I was about 3 years old..

Q: What are you doing after Samurai?
A: I've been auditioning for various other TV shows and I've actually just booked an independent film called "Take A Chance" where I'll get to use more traditional forms of Karate, it doesn't film until May but definitely check it out!

Q: How was martial arts helped your life?
A: I would definitely say that martial arts has helped my focus. Any form of martial arts takes dedication and focus and teaches kids great things, I know I'm a better person for starting as young as I did.

Q: What are your favorite locations in New Zealand?
A: Well we shot the series all around Auckland and saw some beautiful parts of that area. We also were able to travel to Queenstown and Wellington and everywhere in between. I could not pick one in particular to be my favorite but one of our most visited places was Piha beach. Heck yes GO ALL-BLACKS!!! I was upset that we got done shooting right before the rugby world cup because we lived right next to one of the stadiums..

Q: What is your favorite attack?
A: I'd have to say that I like using my fire smasher the most. When I spin around and take out all of the moogers with one slash there is nothing quite like it! Also driving the MegaZord is pretty freakin awesome too

Q: What is your favorite season?
A: I'll say it has to be Mighty Morphin! It was the one that I first saw as a kid and there is no way to replace the impact it first had on me. And I'm so proud to be a part of the series and to have Saban Brands behind us again!

Q: What is a typical day on the set?
A: I've had that question a few times so I figure I should answer it.. It's not quite as exciting as you might think. We would get up around 4:30 in the morning to get to set before the sun came up, would have breakfast, have our make-up and hair done. We usually started the day shooting morphing sequences or running through explosions or fighting moogers.. you know the usual stuff. Then lunch and after that we'd move into the Shiba house and film some scenes of us in the kitchen or talking about our previous battles or something like that!
